Through our website, we offer both free and paid services; you are free to choose what you prefer. Both free and paid products are subject to the terms of use.

3. Free Services

You may use the free products published by lungsam with free technical support, provided that all rights are respected, whether in terms of transfer or code.

4. Paid Services

Refunds are non-refundable unless the product is not delivered by the agreed date. All paid services, such as systems, updates, and technical support, are free as long as you do not violate the terms of use. Longsam products cannot be sold through other parties. Prepayment is required; you must pay upfront to request monthly programming, system design, or to purchase any product.

05.Longsam Edition

This edition can only be used on one server at a time, not multiple servers. Technical support is your right and completely free, as long as you do not violate the terms of use. The developer represents you, so you are responsible for any violation of the terms of use by your developer. This will also result in your exclusion. The full price of the edition must be paid for in full to use it. You will receive the latest version of Longsam Edition upon purchase.

05.Longsam Edition

Version-specific updates, such as versions 4.5 to 5.0, are not free; there is a price for them, as shown in the table below.
